Shipping policy

 

Please note: Due to changes to GPSR regulations in the EU, we can no longer ship to any EU Countries including Northern Ireland (due to the Windsor Framework). Any orders placed from Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded.

 

In the UK all items are sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery (or 24 Tracked if Express Delivery is selected at check out).

Orders £3.50  for post and packing.

UK orders over £30 are post free. This does not apply to Express Delivery.

There is no minimum order.

We prefer to use Royal Mail and on occasion other reputable postal services. 

We are not currently posting overseas.

You will not normally be able to order items if they are out of stock.

Secure payment using your credit or debit card through our service providers - shopify, Paypal.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties .
